Poster Automation ("we", "our", "the Service") is a content scheduling and publishing tool operated by Olivia Meals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected when you connect your Pinterest account to our Service.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect a Pinterest account to our Service via Pinterest's official OAuth authorization, we receive and store:

• Your Pinterest account username and profile information (as permitted by the scopes you approve)
• An access token and refresh token issued by Pinterest, used solely to publish content on your behalf
• A list of your Pinterest boards, used to let you choose where content is published

We do not collect your Pinterest password. Authentication is handled entirely through Pinterest's official OAuth system.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above exclusively to:

• Publish Pins to your connected Pinterest account(s), based on schedules and content you configure
• Display your connected accounts and publishing statistics inside your dashboard

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our database. Access to this data is restricted to the account owner via authenticated login.

4. Data Retention

We retain your connected account data for as long as your account remains connected to the Service. You may disconnect a Pinterest account at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access and deletes the associated tokens.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with the Pinterest API to publish content. Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest's own Privacy Policy.
